About Me.
My experience as an audio engineer starts in the 80's with my childhood and an interest in taking my stereo equipment apart and looking inside the gear. Later in the 90's as a young adult, my first gig in the "the biz" or industry was as a night club DJ, I got to work with many varieties of music bands along with sound equipment. This created a demand when working with musical talent and new equipment encouraged me to peruse higher education and training. Fast forward and after 30 years of working as an audio engineer, in a very wide variety of applications, thousands of hours of recording, hundreds of bands, musicians, music performance styles and genres allows me to be able to cherry pick skill sets from everywhere and apply them to my craft. Experience in multiple workflows gives me the ability to adapt and be versatile as an audio engineer.

Resident DJ and Entertainment bookings Luna lounge night club Ybor City, Fl. Responsibilities entailed booking music talent and arranging events. This job helped me to meet and collaborate with music producers and musicians. I DJ-ed for much longer than my residency indicates (91-2001) and through out my time as an artist I collaborated with many musicians and producers as well.

Degree is in the general Recording Arts and focuses on learning and training in overall studio recording environment. Digital and Analogue medias as well as midi engineering. I was fortunate enough to have studied this during the music industry transition from analogue to digital.

Artist name SUNNY. These 2 tracks are examples of my engineering for the recording, mixing and mastering. I am lucky to call her my wife and am able to use her talents not only as a singer and musician but as a voice over actor as well.
This 1930's superman cartoon is a public domain video were I stripped 100% of the sound and is an example of not only my audio post production skills but also my voice over acting. I edited and designed all of the audio content including ambiences, foley, sound fx, music score and dialogue voice acting. I used the villain as an example of a French accent although I can do a basic British and Russian accent as well. I also played the part of Clark Kent, Perry White (chief editor of the daily planet) and the news paper vendor announcing the days events. SUNNY played the part of Lois Lane. For the music score I made it sound as close to the John Williams version of the Superman movie but as not to offend the copyrights of that version.
In this video I used a DAW to score the music to the street skating so that the action taking place was enhanced and punctuated appropriately as that the street skating was accentuated and synced to the music making it more gripping and entertaining.
This video is a presentation of my narration skills and I also am using pre-recorded loops edited and re-arranged to give the presentation an emotional case evoked by the combination of the two as to why World-Cup Football or Soccer is the best sport and most entertaining in the world.
